Pizza and Rotisserie Menu

In our pizza shop in La Thuile there are not secret recipes or tricks to get quality products to offer customers. Pizzas and focaccia are made respecting the long time to rise and maturation of the dough. The ingredients for dough and the sauce for trays of pizza and focaccia are chosen based on naturalness and goodness.

For customers of Pizza & Company is active an easy product line to eat right away or take-away packaging, which can satisfy all tastes:

• trays of pizza: with normal mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella, roasted fresh vegetables, fresh sausage, spicy pepperoni, mushrooms, wurstel and ham
• focaccia: simple with extra-virgin oil, or stuffed with ham, bacon or four cheeses
• rotisserie: (strictly prepared by us) lasagne bolognese, roast chicken, roast potatoes, vegetables roasted in the oven
• fast food: hamburger, cheeseburger, hot-dog, french fries, chicken wings and meatballs
